Mustard Seed Productions Inc.Youth Theatre classes shall commence on January 27th, 2024, at The St Michael School.
Mustardseed Productions Inc. is an organisation that offers theatre arts classes for children and teens. This theatre company specializes in inclusive, engaging programs, inviting everyone regardless of their talents or abilities, to join in. “Drama is for everyone.”
The organization which has been operating for over two decades at various schools and studios, including St. Gabriel’s School and The St. Michael School, continues to offer an array of creative classes catering to children ages 4 to 16 years of age.
Managing Director and Founder of Mustardseed Productions Inc. Natasha Kawasaki explains that the mission of this children’s theatre company is to ensure that the youth of Barbados have a safe space in which they can foster their creativity and build self-esteem.
“We aim to help each Mustardseed Kid blossom in full confidence. It is a privilege to be apart of their growth and watch them lead and shine. We are pleased to offer our new season of classes led by passionate tutors. There will be 3 children’s theatre workshops for ages 4-10 as well as two youth theatre workshop for ages 11-16. In addition to our regular school term offerings, we will also be hosting Easter and Summer Camps. Our students will enjoy taking part in an end-of-year production as well as various community pop-up showcases.” Kawasaki said.
She also wishes to extend, on behalf of the whole team, her heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Mustardseed family, which encompasses the talented students and supportive parents.
“Together, we eagerly anticipate another year filled with boundless creativity, enriching learning experiences, and unforgettable moments in the captivating world of theatre arts. We are excited to announce that there are still open spaces available for our Youth Theatre classes commencing on January 27th, 2024, at The St Michael School.
