“Our Bar and Bistro had remained closed for the past two winters and many of you have asked when it was going to re-open and here, we are. We all knew that something was missing [which was] the community and camaraderie that our bar and bistro have traditionally brought to this space. The legendary happy hours where our guests would connect, and deep lasting friendships were formed. We are a family here at Pirate’s Inn and it centres around this bar and bistro,” she said.

Coppin said the newly re-opened Bar and Bistro will be opened daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.and will serve delicious breakfast and lunch daily. It will feature its own freshly bakedbreads, pastries, and desserts in addition to the other delectable items on the menu.

“We expect that this Bar and Bistro will provide a space where our guests, both local and international, can enjoy great meals and even more special memories. We hope that persons would wish to celebrate their birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, engagements etc with us as they have done in the past. Pirate’s Inn is a special little place, so we extend our good energy to you as you join us in our space today. Please feel free to come again and spread the word,” she said.
